Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification with your tracking details once it has been shipped.

Delivery Time

We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

•             Main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth): 2–4 business days

•             Outlying areas and smaller towns: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, load shedding, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel is in transit.

Shipping Costs

•             Free shipping on all orders over R700.

•             A flat shipping fee of [R79] applies to orders below this threshold.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at a re-delivery fee.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the matter as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
